Hypnosis and Intuition are so important in Acting. This unusual and unique class teaches actors how to access their own intuition in acting by trusting that First choice is the right choice. This class will teach you how to use hypnosis modalities to learn not only about yourself but how to access the character from processes “Inside Out” and “Outside In”. You will learn relaxation techniques that will release some phobias and fears associated with performing and presenting and help relax the performer. You will learn how to access and use all of your senses. Improvisational games and methods will be used to loosen the actor up in all mediums of acting. This course will provide "class hypnosis" and how to “self-hypnotize ". In addition to acting techniques there will be "on camera " techniques, cold reading and relaxation exercises that help in concentration and memorization. The class is a fun hands on "How too!" in many different mediums ...all adding up to a happy and successful performer.
